Hey everyone,

Today I thought I'd share with you my every day Makeup products. I have also done a YouTube video for this which will be up very soon (link to channel in my Instagram Bio @cletherington). The products in this post are all from high-street stores and everything is under £10. This is something I wanted to highlight as for every day make up, I never use my luxury items however, I still love the look and finish after using these products.

1. First up I make sure my skin is clean by using my Garnier Micelular Water with a cotton pad. I love this product so much and this specific brand too as I have used alternatives and it has broke my skin out. However this one actually helps with my spots as it help clears them up. You can pick a 700ml bottle of this up in Boots at the moment for £4.99 which is such a good price!

2. Next I prime my face using the No7 Skin Illuminator. I have spoken about this product before and I ADORE it. It is very similar to Mac's strobe cream but cheaper! I got this in a Christmas gift set and use it every day without fail. It brightens my skin and leaves it glowing whilst also priming it for my foundation. I find any foundation goes on nicer with this underneath however, you can use this alone or as a highlighter so, a multi-purpose product!

3. Foundation! This lovely little bottle only cost me £3.58 as it was introduced to Superdrug at this price. MUA is a brand which i think is amazing and offers such good quality products for such a good price. When I first used it I really didn't like It. I felt like it just glided round my face and didn't stick to it. I could see it moving around my face and only clinging to certain areas. However, I have found that my skin is different every day and therefore, I need to use different foundation depending how my skin is. And now, I love it. The colour 146 is perfect for me as its a very yellow undertone but that's what I prefer in a foundation and the coverage is insane. You can build it from medium to full coverage and I apply it with a flat foundation brush as I found It goes on nicer than using a beauty blender.

4. Using another MUA product, this concealer palette has been in my make up bag for such a long time (as you can tell by the picture and how much in bad condition it is in). It has the right amount of colours so you can use it for covering up redness and to use as an under eye concealer. I use it to do a bit of both with a smaller flat concealer brush and to brighten up my under eye. This cost me £3 and has also lasted me forever.

5. For bronzer I mix this up a lot but recently i have been using a combination of a Bourjois Healthy Mix concealer in a darker shade than my own to contour my cheek bones and then using a powder bronzer to bronze my whole face. This bronzer was recommended to me from a friend and its the perfect colour for every day. Not too dark but good pigmentation to build it up if I want to. It's the brand W7 and again, such an affordable but good quality brand. I bought this from a local beauty outlet but iv

6. Next up is eyes. Every day I wear a brown eyeshadow and warm it up with either bronzer or a more orangey-brown colour. Revolution eyeshadows are amazing for both pigmentation and price and I love this one which I use every day. Using the shades 'always' and 'terracotta' I use them both all over the lid to create a subtle eye shadow base.

7. Best part of the make up.. Highlighter! This gold shimmer highlighter is from Revolution and cost me £4. It is still going strong and I use it every day. When im going out I just layer it on more but just using a little on a daily basis gives my skin such a lovely glow.

8. Next is brows! I switch up how I do my brows a lot but usually on an every day basis I line my brows with a brow definer, this one is about £2 from MUA and its the perfect colour. It also has a spooley brush which I can brush the product through my hairs with and then I use a wax through the rest of my brow and to fill it in. It is a very fast process compared to some peoples brow routine however, I spend longer on them if its a special occasion.

9. This part is probably the least loved part of my routine, mascara. I dont know why but I never like applying it however it pulls the whole look together. Again, I never use expensive mascara. This one is £2.99 from W7 and something weird about me is that I never like a mascara at first, it takes a good few weeks to get used to a new one however I love the W7 ones and think they are amazing for the price.

10. Last but not least, I finish by applying a lip product. Depending where I am going depends on what I use but if its just work I put some lip balm on and any other time I have recently been loving lip-gloss. This is one I got in a No7 gift for Christmas which is a sparkly pink. At first I didn't think I would like it as it reminded me of when I was 7 haha, but surprisingly, I love it and it's just enough sparkle!

See below a before and after picture of myself using the products.

So that's It for my every day make up. Some days I go make up free but this is usually what I wear for work or just running a few errands on a daily basis. I am thinking of uploading a Make-up routine using all my high-end products so let me know what you think!

If you didn't already know me and my best friend have started a YouTube channel. Just a fun girly place to upload videos including individual ones of which mine will probably be based around beauty and fashion. So head on over there and subscribe if you're interested and like I said previously, I will be uploading a video of this make up look using all of the products very shortly!

Thank you for reading and until next time,

Chlo x
