Glow Mama Box Subscription

Welcome back to my blog and thank you all so much for the lovely feedback and DM's I've been receiving on Instagram recently about my blog posts. It's so nice to know people are actually reading my posts and gaining something from them or relating to me in some way. I can see how many people are visiting my page so even if you haven't told me i really appreciate you reading!

Today's post is very exciting as I am reviewing something very new and something which will probably relate and cater to most of you reading this. If you're a Mum, a Mum to be or even someone who just loves a good pamper, this subscription box would be perfect!

Glow Mama Box is a self care subscription box delivered to your home once every month. The products are hand picked by the lovely team with the thought of pampering yourself or someone special in mind to bring that 'glow' back. They want to help you relax, unwind and recharge. Which I can honestly say has been achieved and I've only had the box 3 days!

The packaging is so clean and fresh initially creating the vibe they intend to create. You receive a detailed leaflet of the products inside the box which gives you a snippet about what each brand is, links to their websites and social medias and also the products RRP. You also receive a Self Care Checklist which is such a unique addition I've never seen done before. You get one included in the box every month of which you are meant to circle and complete the ones you want to within that month. A lovely little reminder that taking time out for yourself is very important!

The products come neatly package wrapped in tissue paper and on a bed of paper cushioning to keep your products safe. The packaging the box comes in also states that its fragile to ensure extra handling precautions are taken throughout the delivery process. Look out on my Instagram for a IGTV of me unboxing it!

Every month, each box will contain 5-6 products from brands across the UK and along side small businesses, you will also see products from well known brands! If it couldn't get any better, for every box that is subscribed to, 10% of the profits will go to The Pandas Foundation! An amazing UK National Charity supporting families coping with perinatal mental illness.

I thought I'd include what in the contents of the box below with a little review on each product so if you want it to be a surprise, don't read any further!

First up is some melts from @theyorkshiremeltsco - handmade wax melts to help set the vibe for your at home 'Spa Day'. With a fresh Citrus scent and lavender, iris and eucalyptus, the soy wax melts are perfect to get you feeling relaxed and are usually £3.50 per bag. This is one of the many full sized products in the box which means these will last a very long time! They smell incredible - I have one burning at the moment!

Next is an Organic Oat Bag from @wildandwooduk - an organic, gluten free oat bag used to sooth skin irritation and leave your skin feeling soft. I had heard of this brand before Glow Mama Box and the aesthetics & branding is just lovely. They are a Vegan & Organic bath and shower milk company, handcrafted in Yorkshire by two Mummy's! Using top quality ingredients, you can see from their Instagram feed, they provide people with unique products that not only smell great, but also heal the body & mind. The Oat bag included in the box is designed to be soaked in warm water which will create a creamy oat milk to smooth over your skin and once used, the bags can be left to dry and then reused as they sell refill packs! RRP they are £1.50 with the refill bags at £6.

The next full size product is an Organic Face Serum with Coffee Oil from @upcirclebeauty. A multi-award winning face serum which is packed with essential oils and antioxidants to help boost, hydrate and brighten. As you all know, I love skincare so this is right up my street. I have started using it over the last few days and will get back to you all with a more in depth review!

The most exciting thing in this months box for me was the Sleep Head Room & Pillow Mist from @madebycoopers. Filled with essential oils to help calm the body and mind, it claims to help you drift off into a blissful and natural nights sleep. Over the last month or so I have really struggled with getting to sleep. As I am currently 27 Weeks Pregnant, this was bound to happen however I really didn't realise how annoying and restless i would get every evening. I have only been using this for a couple of nights and even though it hasn't made me go to sleep instantly, once I have been asleep It's not been broken sleep meaning I have felt well rested! So hopefully it continues to help! It smells so nice and with lavender & camomile, it really does help you relax! This is a full size product and RRP £15.

Lastly, Is a sample of the Get Up & Glow Tea from @hotteamama. Made to give you a boost with a zingy fruit fusion bursting with tropical flavours, my favourite! It's caffeine free and is designed to leave you feeling glowing & energised. I'm going to save it for a day that I'm really struggling, probably a little bit further into pregnancy. I am so excited for next months package already!
